We took an Italian road trip across Rome, Picinisco, and Naples, to bring home a taste of Italy. It was a meaningful journey for our founder and chef Nico, who has fond memories of his Italian nonna’s kitchen - where food was fuelled by love and family tradition.

This six-course tasting menu draws on Nico’s nostalgia, as well as the chaotic charm of Naples’ seafront, the vineyards of Picinisco, and the simple preparation of the fresh, seasonal ingredients used in Rome. It’s Italian hands making recipes passed down generation after generation and humble ingredients made better by the Mediterranean sun. It’s a love letter to Nico’s food heritage, scrawled on a postcard to be shared with you.
