Six by Nico will be home to a series of carefully curated and constantly evolving restaurant concepts.

Each six weeks, Nico and his team will serve a brand new six-course tasting-menu – each one themed upon a different place or memory.

Our next concept has been in the making well before we launched Six by Nico earlier last month. We wanted to bring a menu together filled with fun, laughter and reminisce; recreating dishes inspired by our own childhood. You’ll be eating a course of egg and toast soldiers, but in a form you’ve never had before. You’ll dive into your school dinner of fish fingers before arriving at your mac and cheese main.
